1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Certified SysAdmin LLC, a Kansas limited liability company doing business as RothIRAHub ("we," "us," "our"), and govern your use of the website at rothirahub.com, any subdomains, and any tools or content made available through it (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Educational Content, Not Advice

The Site is educational reference material. It is not tax, legal, accounting, financial, or investment advice. Using the Site does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, advisor-client, or fiduciary relationship of any kind.

We explain how Roth IRA rules work using public primary sources including the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations, IRS publications, and other government material. We do not recommend specific brokerages, funds, securities, or strategies for any individual. We do not know your facts. Rules change, regulations are reinterpreted, and courts issue new guidance — the Site may not reflect the most current state of the law at the moment you read it. You should consult a qualified CPA, Enrolled Agent, tax attorney, CFP, or registered investment adviser regarding your particular situation before making any tax, investment, or financial decision.

3. No Warranty; Accuracy Not Guaranteed

We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and to cite primary sources, but we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that information on the Site is current, complete, correct, or suitable for any particular purpose. The Site and all content, calculators, and tools are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

Calculators and tools produce illustrative estimates based on the inputs you provide and the assumptions stated. They are not projections, guarantees, or professional advice. Actual results may differ materially. Always verify critical numbers against IRS primary sources and a qualified professional before acting on them.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using the Site you agree that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
  • Will not use the Site in violation of any law or for any unlawful purpose;
  • Will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of the Site or its infrastructure;
  • Will not scrape, spider, or otherwise harvest content in bulk other than via our public sitemap or RSS (if published), and will not use automated systems to generate excessive traffic;
  • Will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Site except to the extent such activity is permitted by applicable law;
  • Will verify any information you rely on with a qualified professional before acting on it.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Certified SysAdmin LLC, RothIRAHub, and our officers, members, employees, contractors, and contributors ("Covered Parties") will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data, or loss of goodwill; or for any tax liability, penalty, interest, or other financial loss arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content on it, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, even if a Covered Party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any case in which liability cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Covered Parties for any and all claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Covered Parties from and against any claim, demand, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content on the Site — articles, diagrams, calculator logic, UI design, photographs, and site code — is owned by Certified SysAdmin LLC or licensed from third parties, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "RothIRAHub" and the Site's visual identity are our trademarks.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, and to share reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not (a) copy or republish substantial portions of content, (b) incorporate content into another work or publication without written permission, (c) use content to train any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model, or (d) use content for any commercial purpose, without our prior written consent.

8. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) the URL or sufficient detail to locate the allegedly infringing material; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party websites including IRS.gov, the Federal Register, SSA.gov, and other primary sources. These links are provided for reference only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, products, services, or privacy practices. Your access to any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms and policies.

10. User Feedback

If you submit corrections, questions, suggestions, or other feedback to us, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Site for any purpose. We will not publish your personal information without your permission.

11. Affiliate and Commercial Relationships

The Site is currently operated as an editorial publication and does not display advertising or affiliate links. If we introduce affiliate relationships or sponsored content in the future, we will disclose them clearly and in accordance with FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 255), and we will update these Terms and our Disclaimers page accordingly.

12. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, for registered users (if any), post a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the Effective Date of a revised version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including any actual or suspected violation of these Terms, without notice. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 14, and 15 survive termination.

14. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. You and we agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction prohibits this forum-selection clause, the dispute may be brought in your local courts under that law.

15. Miscellaneous

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, and Disclaimers page, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreement.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of assets.
